Scenic Wolf Mountain Resort

Scenic Wolf Mountain Resort is a beautiful mountain village surrounding the new 40-foot timber post and beam Wolf Ridge Ski Lodge at Wolf Laurel Slopes. These cabins are for purchase or vacation rentals and several are complete and renting now. The Lodge and surrounding home-sites have breathtaking long-range mountain views as well as a northeasterly view of the famous Bald Mountain.

 

 

Headwaters Outfitters

 

Headwaters Outfitters for the past fourteen years  has provided canoeing, kayaking and tubing trips in Western North Carolina on the beautiful French Broad River. These river trips are perfect for those looking for things to do in the great outdoors.  The canoeing, kayaking, and tubing trips are self-guided with the exception of our seasonal special events.

The Partridge Nest

 

Nestled on a hillside near the French Broad river, The Partridge Nest is a sophisticated, yet, rustic, Blue Ridge Mountain cottage located at Partridge Hill in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina. The cottage features two inviting bedrooms with queen-sized beds, two full baths, and an additional sleeping area in the writer's loft overlooking the great room.  (Next to the Transylvania County Airport)
