Please call for limitations regarding the specific aircraft desired.

1.

Maximum passenger load is 4 with a maximum combined weight of 800 pounds.
 

 
2.

Sight seeing flights must be conducted non-stop within 25 miles of the point of departure.
 

 
3.

Due to the high power requirements for these missions, the maximum seating

for photography & video is 2  passengers or a combined weight of 450 pounds plus the pilot.
   
5.

All flights will be conducted under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) conditions.
 

 
6.

Maximum wind speed for sight seeing flights is 35 miles per hour.
 

 
7.

Firearms may not be carried in the cabin area of the aircraft.
 

 
8.

Passengers under 18 must have parental consent.
 

 
9.

Maximum passenger load for photography missions is 2 passengers + the pilot.
